Food – Kids
will need $ for the fast food stop on the way up and possibly if they want to
eat in the stadium on Friday night. Other than that the band will be providing
snacks and other meals. There is unlimited pizza and soda in the recreation
center. We will be getting free breakfast from the hotel.
Movie –
Kids will have the option Thursday night of staying in the hotel or going to a
local movie theater and watching one of the following movies: “Up” or
“G-Force”. The movie costs $1.75 – this is optional.
Students
should pack their red bags with only the things they need for the performance.
They can put their other belongings in a suitcase or another bag that will
placed under the buses.
Students
should arrive no sooner than 8am on Thursday morning. Traffic on campus is
crazy until 8am. We do not want to add to that, so please wait until 8am to
arrive at the concession. Adults that are riding the bus will have to park in
spots that will be identified in an email tomorrow. They can leave their cars
there until Friday night.
Students
can bring board games, cards or other things to keep themselves entertained at
the hotel. If they want to bring video game systems, they can; however there is
no way to ensure these things will not be taken or lost.
